Manufacturing Contracts. Surface will, at such time as determined by the JSC, use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to assign to Novartis or its designee all then-existing Manufacturing contracts with Third Party contract manufacturers that are solely related to the Manufacture of any T1 Antibody Candidates or T1 Licensed Products and that Novartis agrees to assume.
