Manufacturing Cost Reductions Sample Clauses

Manufacturing Cost Reductions. The Parties will work together during the Term to identify opportunities to reduce the cost of manufacturing Product. Any such cost reductions shall be subject to Section 5.4 and the Change Management process set forth in the Quality Agreement. With respect to all other reductions in costs, including any cost reductions associated with the PEG, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith decreases to the price for the Product.
