Manufacturing in Korea. POSCO Power may engage one or more POSCO Affiliates and independent third parties to perform Fuel Cell Stack Module Manufacturing in Korea upon completion of the transfer of the Module Component and NRC technology, subject to completion of the activities described in Sections 2.9(a) and 2.9(b) hereunder.
