Manufacturing License. Except as provided in Sections 6.5, 6.6 and 20 herein below, and subject to the licenses granted to USL pursuant to Section 2.1(c), it is expressly understood and agreed that the grant of rights to USL under this Agreement excludes any rights whatsoever for USL or any of its Affiliates or Agents to manufacture any Product under any of the Orion Proprietary Information or Orion Patents.
