Common use of Manufacturing License Clause in Contracts

Manufacturing License. Licensor grants to Licensee the rights under the Licensed Patents and Licensed Know-How as may be necessary in order for Licensee to manufacture or have manufactured by an Affiliate or by a Third Party the API and the Licensed Product in the Territory for the sole purpose of exercising the licenses granted to Licensee pursuant to Sections 2.1(a) and (b).
