Manufacturing Management. D iminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) The Contractor shall identify and forecast Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) obsolescence timelines throughout the full contract period IAW CDRL A005 and using DI-MGMT-82274 (Appendix C). The Contractor shall provide impact assessments and mitigation plans when manufacturing sources and / or material shortages are anticipated to impact deliveries according to the terms and prices detailed in the contract, and if a Class I or Class II ECP will be required. The DMSMS forecasts and mitigation plans (if required) shall be presented at the quarterly reviews.
