The Manufacturing Package for the Product shall include, but not be limited to the following: A list of descriptions, requirements, know-how, code and Product specifications which the Parties shall mutually agree upon and include in this Agreement by duly executed amendment and which shall be sufficient in scope to enable IBM to make or have made the Product.
