Manufacturing Process Review Sample Clauses

The Manufacturing Process Review clause establishes the right for one party, typically the buyer or client, to inspect, audit, or review the manufacturing processes used by the supplier or manufacturer. This review may include on-site visits, examination of production records, or assessment of quality control procedures to ensure compliance with agreed standards and specifications. By enabling such oversight, the clause helps ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and transparency, thereby reducing the risk of defects or non-conformance in delivered goods.
Manufacturing Process Review. At either Party’s reasonable request, the Parties shall promptly meet, in person or telephonically, for the purpose of reviewing such matters related to manufacturing of the API as may be specified by a Party, including discussing strategies for improving the API manufacturing processes.
Manufacturing Process Review. After delivery of the Implementation Plan, during the term of this Agreement, upon request BioSphere will allow DuPont to access during normal hours of operation, or gain approval for DuPont to access during normal hours of operation, all facilities manufacturing Product or Improved-Process Product for the sole purpose of determining whether BioSphere has implemented any portion of the Implementation Plan.
Manufacturing Process Review. The Supplier is responsible to carry out reviews in his area of responsibility. They must be scheduled in such a way that the results are available on the specified release days (milestones) of the project. An assessment of a supplier’s manufacturing process may be conducted before and after part approval at the supplier’s facility. This assessment may be specified by Continental or its customer (e.g. Run@Rate and VDA 6.3 Audit).
