MANUFACTURING SERVICES CONTRACT. This Manufacturing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this 1st day of March 2000 by and between Cabletron Systems, Inc., having a place of business at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, its Affiliates and any entities that become former Affiliates after the Effective Date (collectively referred to as "Customer") and Flextronics International USA, Inc, having its place of business at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Flextronics International Ireland, Ltd., having its place of business at Plassey Technological Park, Limerick, Ireland, and their Affiliates (collectively referred to as "Flextronics").
