Common use of MAP ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Clause in Contracts

MAP ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE. To the knowledge of Marathon and MAP, the information provided orally or in writing to Ashland and its Representatives by or on behalf of MAP relating to MAP accounts receivable in connection with Ashland's evaluation of the Distributed Receivables, taken as a whole, does not and will not contain any untrue statement of material fact or omit to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading. At the Closing, MAP will transfer to Ashland all of MAP's rights, title and interests in and to the Distributed Receivables.
