Common use of MAP, PERMITS, LICENSES AND APPROVALS Clause in Contracts

MAP, PERMITS, LICENSES AND APPROVALS. Borrower has obtained or will, in a timely manner, obtain the Map. Borrower shall properly comply with and keep in effect the Map and all permits, licenses and approvals which are required to be obtained from governmental bodies in order to construct, occupy, operate, market and sell the Project. Borrower shall promptly deliver copies of the Map and all such permits, licenses and approvals to Lender.

Borrower shall properly obtain, comply with and keep in effect the Map and all permits, licenses and approvals which are required to be obtained from governmental bodies in order to construct, occupy, operate, and operate the Improvements and to market and sell the ProjectResidential Units and complete the Subdivision. Borrower shall promptly deliver copies of the Map and all such permits, licenses and approvals to LenderBank.

Borrower shall properly comply with and take such steps as are within its control to keep in effect the Map Maps and all permits, licenses and approvals which are required to be obtained from governmental bodies in order to construct, occupy, operate, market and sell the ProjectHomes. Upon the Lender's request, Borrower shall promptly deliver copies of the Map Maps and all such permits, licenses and approvals to Lender.
