Mapping Information Clause Samples
The Mapping Information clause defines how specific data, locations, or elements are identified and referenced within the agreement. It typically outlines the method for associating certain information—such as addresses, technical specifications, or asset locations—with the relevant parts of the contract, often through schedules, annexes, or referenced documents. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear and consistent understanding of what is being referred to, thereby reducing ambiguity and minimizing the risk of disputes over the identification or scope of mapped items.
