Mapping the Leaky Pipeline Sample Clauses

The "Mapping the Leaky Pipeline" clause is designed to identify and analyze points within a process or system where participants or resources are lost before reaching the intended outcome. In practice, this clause may require the collection and review of data at various stages, such as tracking the progression of individuals through educational or career pathways to pinpoint where drop-offs occur. By systematically mapping these attrition points, the clause helps organizations understand where interventions are needed, ultimately aiming to address inefficiencies and improve retention or completion rates.
Mapping the Leaky Pipeline. Rationale: Given analysis from a funded longitudinal project on postdoctoral fellowships in Belgian universities, we acknowledge the need for focusing on researchers who have left the academia. A mapping for our specific context is needed, but also on other beneficiaries that we will coordinate for accomplishing this task. Actions: Mapping of the Leaky Pipeline in the UCL compared with subnational/local data from WP3. Outcomes: Sociodemographic chart on characteristics of researchers who are susceptible to leave the UCL. Long term impact: Awareness among Belgian French-speaking research organisations on the importance of contextual background to act against the Leaky Pipeline.
Mapping the Leaky Pipeline. Cross-project planning session between beneficiaries in order to define a common methodology, elaborated by the leader of WP6. (M 4)
Mapping the Leaky Pipeline. Rationale: To better understand the mechanism of Leaky Pipeline it is useful to give voice to researchers who have left academia. Actions: Mapping of the Leaky Pipeline in the UNITN compared with subnational/local data from WP3. Outcomes: Socio-demographic chart on characteristics of researchers who are susceptible to leave the UNITN. Long term impact: Awareness in the UNITN and among Italian research organisations on the importance of contextual background to act against the Leaky Pipeline.
Mapping the Leaky Pipeline. Rationale: It has been twenty years since the reasons for women to leave academia have been mapped in the Netherlands. We stress the need to update this study and focus on researchers who are susceptible to leave academia. Actions: Mapping of the Leaky Pipeline in the RU compared with subnational/local data from WP3. Outcomes: Sociodemographic chart on characteristics of researchers who are susceptible to leave the RU. Long term impact: Awareness among Dutch research organisations on the importance of contextual background to act against the Leaky Pipeline.
Mapping the Leaky Pipeline. Rationale: The leaky pipeline has a different manifestation in different disciplines depending on local context, gender composition etc. Knowledge is lacking on the issue of the leaky pipeline. Actions: A mapping of the leaky pipeline in different contexts focusing on the early phases of the academic career. Outcomes: Data on characteristics of the ‘norm’ for academic career and those who are vulnerable in terms of the risk of leaving HI. Long term impact: Knowledge on the mechanisms of the leaky pipeline and how to respond to it.
