Common use of Margin Account Termination Event Clause in Contracts

Margin Account Termination Event. if the Margin Account Agreement terminates prior to the redemption of all the ETP Securities for any reason (a “Margin Account Termination Event”). For the purposes of Condition 8.7, a Mandatory Redemption Date will occur on the date of termination of the Margin Account Agreement; and
