Margin Regulations; Securities Laws. The Borrower shall not or permit any of the Borrower's Subsidiaries to use all or any por-tion of the proceeds of any credit extended under this Agree-ment to purchase or carry Margin Stock or for purposes other than those described in Section 2.04.
