Margin Regulations; Securities Laws. Neither MAC nor any of its Subsidiaries shall use all or any portion of the proceeds of any credit extended under this Agreement to purchase or carry Margin Stock for any purpose which violates, or which would be inconsistent with, any Requirements of Law (including, without limitation, the provisions of the regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System).
