Common use of Mark Records Clause in Contracts

Mark Records. The Sponsor hereby confirms to the Owner Trustee and xxx Indenture Trustee that it has caused the portions of the Electronic Ledgers relating to the Mortgage Loans to be clearly and unambiguously marked, and has made the appropriate entries in its general accounting records, to indicate that the Mortgage Loans have been transferred to the Trust at the direction of the Depositor. The Master Servicer hereby confirms to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee that it has clearly and unambiguously made appropriate entries in its general accounting records indicating that those Mortgage Loans constitute part of the Series 2002-H Subtrust of the Trust and are serviced by it on behalf of the Trust in accordance with this Agreement.
