MARKET DATA REDISTRIBUTION. (a) The Licensee acknowledges that the API Market Data is owned by the ASX and that no person may distribute API Market Data without the agreement of ASX. (b) The Licensee shall not Redistribute any API Market Data: (i) unless OpenMarkets has provided to the Licensee its express, written consent to such redistribution; and (ii) the Licensee has entered into a written agreement with the ASX permitting the Licensee to distribute the Market Data.
