Market Development Initiative Objective. a) The Parties agree that Ameren’s plan to continue and expand its Market Development Initiative (“MDI”) is reasonable. The Parties agree that the 2022 Plan will include a continued investment in and expansion of Ameren Illinois’ MDI that will reflect at least the following attributes:
