Market Information. Exchange and Xxxxxxxxxx brochures and research are often provided as trading tools. In addition, a CTS Platform may also contain certain market information. Customer acknowledges that: (a) any information Xxxxxxxxxx’x research department may communicate to Customer does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of any offer to buy any Contract; (b) such recommendations and information, although based upon information obtained from sources believed by Xxxxxxxxxx to be reliable, are incidental to Xxxxxxxxxx’x business as a futures commission merchant, may be incomplete and not subject to verification, and will not serve as the primary basis for any decision by Customer; (c) Xxxxxxxxxx makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to, and shall not be responsible for, the accuracy or completeness of any information or trading recommendation furnished to Customer; (d) recommendations to Customer as to any particular transaction at any given time may differ among Xxxxxxxxxx’x personnel due to diversity in analysis of fundamental and technical factors and may vary from any standard recommendation made by Xxxxxxxxxx in its market letters or otherwise; and (e) Xxxxxxxxxx has no obligation or responsibility to update any market recommendations or information it communicates to Customer. Customer understands that Xxxxxxxxxx and its officers, directors, affiliates, stockholders, representatives, or associated persons may have positions in and may intend to buy or sell Contracts which are the subject of market recommendations furnished to Customer, and that the market positions of Xxxxxxxxxx or any such officer, director, affiliate, stockholder, representative, or associated person may or may not be consistent with the recommendations furnished to Customer by Xxxxxxxxxx.
Market Information. The Executive acknowledges that he may become aware of “material” nonpublic information relating to the Employer’s vendors, suppliers, alliance and/or joint venture partners, customers, or competitors (each, a “Business Partner”) whose stocks are publicly traded. The Executive acknowledges that he is prohibited by law as well as by Employer policy from trading in the shares of such Business Partners while in possession of such information or directly or indirectly disclosing such information to any other persons so that they may trade in these shares. For purposes of this Paragraph H, “material” information may include any information, positive or negative, which might be of significance to an investor in determining whether to purchase, sell or hold the stock of publicly traded customers. Information may be significant for this purpose even if it would not alone determine the investor’s decision. Examples include a potential business acquisition, internal financial information that departs in any way from what the market would expect, the acquisition or loss of a major contract, or an important financing transaction.
Market Information. Intellectual property rights are attached to the system and to any system that provides Market Information therefore; and such information is confidential information and the Client agrees that s/he will not publicly display, redistribute or re-transmit the Market Information in any way without having executed an appropriate agreement with MTC; Market information provided through the system may not be accurate or current and that should be relied on at the Client’s own risk.

Market Information. The Custodian may in its discretion make market information available to the Fund. This service is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell a particular security, to invest or not to invest in a particular country, or to take any action whatsoever. Although information reported therein is believed to be accurate, the Custodian does not represent or warrant its accuracy or completeness. The Fund accordingly acknowledges that the Custodian provides market information on a best efforts basis and recognizes its responsibility to consult with its own independent sources before making any investment or other decisions.

Market Information. 13.1 The Market Information provides important information in relation to each Market offered by us and you are strongly advised to ensure that you understand the contents of them. The information provided in the Market Information includes: • Expiry Date details for each Market; • Our Buy/Sell spread and/or commission rate for each Market; • Margin requirements for each Market; • Basis of settlement; • Last day of dealing; • Transaction Size specifications; • LCG Bahamas Quoting Hours (for normal trading conditions the various trading times are set out in the Market Information. All times stated relate to UK time); and • Further information on Overnight Financing.
13.2 We may, at any time, amend any part of the Market Information without notice.
13.3 Current spreads and/or commission rates on CFDs will be quoted on request. We may vary Overnight Financing interest rates, spreads or commission rates on any contract or vary the Size specifications without notice, including during volatile Underlying Market conditions and/or illiquidity of the Underlying Market.
