Common use of Market Information Clause in Contracts

Market Information. Subject to Clause 6.15 below, the Client acknowledges that (a) any market recommendations and information communicated to the Client by GTJAF do not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of any offer to buy any Derivatives; (b) such recommendations and information, although based upon information obtained from sources believed by GTJAF to be reliable, may be incomplete and may not be verified; and (c) GTJAF makes no representation, warranty or guaranty as to, and shall not be responsible for, the accuracy or completeness of any information or trading recommendation furnished to the Client.
