Common use of Market Manipulation Clause in Contracts

Market Manipulation. Neither the Corporation nor, to the best of the Corporation’s knowledge, any of the Corporation’s officers, directors or affiliates has taken, nor at the Closing Date will have taken, directly or indirectly, any action which has constituted, or might reasonably be expected to constitute, the stabilization or manipulation of the price of sale or resale of the Initial Shares and any Over-Allotment Shares, if applicable.

Market Manipulation. Neither the Corporation nor, to the best of the Corporation’s knowledge, any of the Corporation’s officers, directors or affiliates has taken, nor at the Closing Date will have taken, directly or indirectly, any action which has constituted, or might reasonably be expected to constitute, the stabilization or manipulation of the price of sale or resale of the Initial Shares and any Over-Allotment Shares, if applicableOffered Securities.
