Marketing and Press Release. Licensee agrees that Kaltura may list Licensee as a customer on the Kaltura website. No news releases or public announcements relating to this Agreement, its existence, its subject matter, or its terms and conditions shall be made by either Party without the prior written consent of the other Party.
