Common use of Marketing and Promotional Material Clause in Contracts

Each of the Investors will have the right to review and approve, in advance of publication, distribution or dissemination, any reference to such Investor or any entity affiliated with such Investor (other than the Corporation), contained in any document, instrument, report or filing or in any advertising, marketing, promotional and similar materials.
