Marketing Collateral. Developer shall have a right of first refusal and last refusal rights (matching rights for all offers made and received) to create all marketing collateral for the Product including, but not limited to, posters, signage, t-shirts, stickers, websites, web banners and e-cards provided that developer is competitive with commercially reasonable quotes obtained by publisher.
Marketing Collateral. VERITAS will provide IMG with marketing materials, brochures, graphics, and all other similar existing materials, which IMG shall be entitled to copy and modify for use in connection with marketing the Software Products. For VERITAS-branded Software Products, VERITAS will provide to IMG such quantities of materials as IMG may reasonably require.
Marketing Collateral. As soon as reasonably practical but no more than fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date, Licensor shall provide Mercury Interactive with a hard copy and an electronic copy of all marketing collateral generally used by Licensor to market and promote the Licensor Software. Mercury Interactive may make as many copies as are needed for effective marketing and promotion of the Combined Product pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, Licensor shall provide Mercury Interactive with electronic updates to such marketing collateral within one week after Licensor first makes such updated collateral available to other licensees or customers.

VERITAS will provide Seagate with marketing materials, brochures, graphics, and all other similar existing materials, which Seagate shall be entitled to copy and modify for use in connection with marketing the Software Products. For VERITAS-branded Software Products, VERITAS will provide to Seagate such quantities of such materials as Seagate may reasonably require.
Marketing Collateral. Constant Contact shall provide Partner with marketing collateral (which may include electronic marketing materials and corporate logo, marketing brochures, product lists, tutorials or demonstrations) concerning the Services for Partner to distribute to prospective Customers and other valid purposes. Constant Contact may also provide opportunities for Partner to modify certain of the Constant Contact Materials expressly designated for such purpose by incorporating Partner's Marks, subject to Partner’s compliance with Section 4(c) hereof.
Marketing Collateral. MTM agrees to provide Client with marketing verbiage accurately describing the telemedicine services and terms of the physician consultations for use in Client’s marketing and Participant materials. All marketing materials must be submitted to MTM for approval prior to use, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. Neither MTM nor the Client shall directly or indirectly use any of the other party's trademarks, trade names or any part thereof, or any xxxx or name confusingly similar thereto, as part of its corporate or business name or in any other manner, except that (a) the Client may identify itself as an affiliate of the Service, and
Marketing Collateral. N2K will maintain on the Service marketing collateral for such Service. The collateral will be updated regularly and on an as-needed basis. The marketing collateral shall be located in an easily accessible location. Each party shall include a link to the Service's marketing collateral in an appropriate area of the party's primary web site.
Marketing Collateral. Reasonable amounts of marketing collateral (i.e., pamphlets, brochures, and the like) associated with the SubscribNet-Registered Trademark- service will be made available to Netscape.
