Marketing of Loans. (i) The Bank hereby authorizes Advance America to market and service the Loans and to use the name, and any trade name and logo, of the Bank in connection with such marketing and servicing. Advance America may use letters, print advertisements, the Internet and television and radio commercials for such purposes. All advertising and promotions for the Loans shall appropriately identify the Bank as the lender. Advance America shall submit all advertising materials to the Bank for the Bank’s prior approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
