Common use of Marketing of Shares Clause in Contracts

Marketing of Shares. 5.1 Xxxxxxx agrees to use his best efforts to manage and direct the affairs of the Company to maximize the value and liquidity of the common shares of the Company. 5.2 Xxxxxxx agrees to use his best efforts to have the shares of the Company publically traded or otherwise offered to the public for sale.
