Marketing Opt-Out. In order to opt-out of American Express newsletters or messages about products, services and resources for different forms of communications, MERCHANT must inform Bank of its request to opt-out via the Merchant Payment Card Application, via telephone or by providing written notice as provided for in this Agreement.
