Marking; Usage Guidelines Clause Samples
The "Marking; Usage Guidelines" clause defines the requirements for labeling and using certain materials, products, or intellectual property in accordance with specified standards. Typically, this clause outlines how parties must mark items—such as with trademarks, copyright notices, or proprietary legends—and may set rules for how these items can be displayed, referenced, or distributed. By establishing clear marking and usage protocols, the clause helps prevent misuse, protects intellectual property rights, and ensures that all parties understand the correct way to handle and represent the marked materials.
