MARKINGS; PERSONAL PROPERTY. If Secured Party supplies Debtor with labels, plates, decals or other markings stating that Secured Party has an interest in the Equipment, Debtor will affix and keep the same prominently displayed on the Equipment or will otherwise mark ▇▇▇ Equipment or its then location or locations, as appropriate, at Secured Party's request to indicate Secured Party's security interest in the Equipment. The Equipment is, and at all times will remain, personal property notwithstanding that the Equipment or any Item thereof may now be, or hereafter become, in any manner affixed or attached to, or embedded in, or permanently resting upon real property or any improvement thereof or attached in any manner to what is permanent as by means of cement, plaster, nails, bolts, screws or otherwise. If requested by Secured Party, Debtor will obtain and deliver to Secured Party waivers of interest or liens in recordable form satisfactory to Secured Party from all persons claiming any interest in the real property on which an Item of Equipment is or is to be installed or located.

If Creditor supplies Debtor with labels, plates, decals or other markings stating that the Equipment is subject to Creditor's lien, Debtor will affix and keep the same prominently displayed on the Equipment or will otherwise mark the Equipment, any Equipment Location or any other location where an Item may be located with the prior written consent of Creditor, at Creditor's request, to indicate Creditor's security interest in the applicable Equipment. As between the parties, the Equipment is, and at all times will remain, personal property notwithstanding that the Equipment or any Item may now be, or hereafter become, affixed to realty. If requested by Creditor, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will obtain and deliver to Creditor waivers of interest or liens in recordable form satisfactory to Creditor from all persons claiming any interest in the real property on which an Item is or is to be installed or located.
MARKINGS; PERSONAL PROPERTY. Debtor shall mark the Collateral or its location as requested by Creditor to indicate Creditor’s security interest. Debtor will provide Creditor any real property waivers requested by Creditor as to the real property where an Item of Collateral is or is to be located.

Customer will provide BENSERON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ® any real property waivers requested by BENSERON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ® as to the real property where an Item of Collateral is or is to be located.
