MARKS AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. All of the Grantor's rights in any trade-xxxx, copyright, industrial design, patent, goodwill, invention, trade name, trade secret, trade process, license, permit, franchise, know-how, plant breeders' right, integrated circuit topography and in any other intellectual property right, including any application or registration relating thereto if any, improvements and modifications thereto as well as rights in any claim against third parties in connection with the protection of any such intellectual property rights or infringement thereto, in Canada or abroad, (sometimes hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Collateral") including without limitation those listed in Schedule "B" hereto.
