Such exercise of Grantee’s rights and remedies under any or all of the Loan Documents shall not in any manner impair the Obligations or lien of the Deed to Secure Debt, and any exercise of the rights and or remedies of Beneficiary Grantee hereunder shall not in any manner impair the Debt or the liens lien of any other of the Loan Document Documents or any of Beneficiary's Grantee’s rights and remedies thereunder.
