Martek Position and Duties. Employee shall also hold the office of Executive Vice President of Martek and shall perform such duties as are commensurate with that office, as determined by Martek in its reasonable judgment. Employee shall discharge his/her responsibilities and in all other respects serve Martek faithfully and to the best of his/her ability.
