Common use of Massachusetts Law to Apply Clause in Contracts

Massachusetts Law to Apply. 12.01. To the extent that state law is not preempted by any provision of United States law heretofore or hereafter enacted, as the same may be amended from time to time, this Agreement shall be construed and the provisions thereof interpreted under and in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.
