MassHealth CarePlus. MassHealth’s CarePlus ABP is for individuals in the New Adult Group ages 21-64 who are not otherwise eligible for MassHealth Standard ABP. CarePlus provides medical and behavioral health services, including diversionary behavioral health service and non- emergency medical transportation, but does not include long term services and supports. Benefits are provided either through direct coverage, cost effective premium assistance, or a combination of both (benefits wrap). Premium assistance will be furnished as described in STC 49 and 50.
