Master Definitions Agreement. A variation of this Agreement is valid in respect of (i) a Transaction Party or (ii) a Transaction Document which incorporates the definitions and/or Common Terms contained in this Agreement (or if the definitions and/or the Common Terms contained in this Agreement otherwise apply to that Transaction Document), only if (a) it is signed by each of the Transaction Parties which is a party to such Transaction Document and (b) it is signed by the Main SPV and the Facility Agent pursuant to Clause 17.1.
