Master Exchange Agreement. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that any action to be taken by HVF pursuant to this Agreement (including, but not limited to, the payment or receipt of any amounts) may be taken by the Intermediary to the extent provided for in the Master Exchange Agreement. Servicer agrees, to the extent requested by HVF, to cooperate with HVF in effecting any such actions pursuant to, and in accordance with, the terms of the Master Exchange Agreement.
