This Sublease shall be subject to the Landlord’s consent and to the covenants, agreements, terms, provisions and conditions of a “Consent to Sublease” duly executed by Landlord, Sublandlord and Subtenant and on such customary form of Landlord’s which Landlord shall adopt for such purpose.
