Master Lease Assignment Sample Clauses

Master Lease Assignment. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, this Sublease is made and granted subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Lease. Sublandlord shall have the right to modify and amend the terms and conditions of this Master Lease without any requirement to provide notice to, or obtain the consent of, Subtenant, provided that the Contiguous Requirement continues to be satisfied. Subject to the foregoing, the Sublease shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their successors and permitted assigns.

Master Lease Assignment. If a Complete Release shall have occurred, at Subtenant's request, subject to the terms of the Operative Documents, Sublandlord will assign the Master Lease to Subtenant or another affiliate designated by Subtenant and terminate this Sublease; provided that Subtenant shall remain liable for any liabilities incurred under the Sublease prior to the time of such assignment. Sublandlord shall, as soon as practicable, execute such documents reasonably requested by Subtenant as may be necessary to effectuate such assignment.

Master Lease Assignment. WECC and the Partnership and the Agents and Lessors named therein will execute and deliver the Assignment and Assumption and First Amendment to Participation Agreement, Master Lease Intended as Security and Schedule X dated February 2, 1999 (the "Master Lease Assignment"), among the Partnership and the Parties thereto.
