Master Lease Provisions Not Incorporated. Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provision of this Sublease to the contrary, the following Sections of the Master Lease are not incorporated into this Sublease, and Sublessee shall have no obligation to perform and shall not be bound by them: 1(b)(i)-(iii), 1(c), 1(d), 1(e), 6(c), 27 and 30(a). In the event of any conflict between the Master Lease and the terms of this Sublease, this Sublease shall control. Exhibit 10.4
