Common use of Master Motor Vehicle Operating Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Master Motor Vehicle Operating Lease Term. The “Operating Lease Commencement Date” shall mean the Series 2010-3 Closing Date. The “Operating Lease Expiration Date” shall mean the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full of the Series 2010-3 Note and (ii) the Vehicle Operating Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder. The “Term” of this Agreement shall mean the period commencing on the Operating Lease Commencement Date and ending on the Operating Lease Expiration Date.
