MASTER ORDERING AGREEMENT Sample Clauses
A Master Ordering Agreement is a contractual framework that establishes the general terms and conditions under which future orders for goods or services will be placed between parties. It sets out the overarching rules, such as pricing, delivery, payment terms, and dispute resolution, which will apply to all subsequent individual orders or statements of work. This arrangement streamlines the procurement process by eliminating the need to renegotiate terms for each transaction, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing administrative burden.
