Common use of Master Performance Schedule Clause in Contracts

Master Performance Schedule. The Buyer shall prepare a master performance schedule, which incorporates all summary project information, requirements and reporting related to the dismantlement of the Obsolete Vessel. The master performance schedule shall address all tasks necessary for the successful completion of the overall project including but not limited to: (A) All work identified under the Technical Compliance Plan. (B) Tow preparations and towing. (C) Subcontracted work and activities. (D) Performance Schedule Milestones. (E) Deliverables. (F) Insurance and Bonding. (G) Permits Licenses and Certifications. (H) Surveys and Inspections.
