Common use of MASTER SECURITY AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

MASTER SECURITY AGREEMENT. The security interests granted pursuant to this Agreement are granted in conjunction with the security interests granted to Laurus by Grantor pursuant to the Master Security Agreement. Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of Laurus with respect to the security interest in the Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Master Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein.

MASTER SECURITY AGREEMENT. The security interests granted pursuant to this Agreement are granted in conjunction with the security interests granted to Laurus Lender by Grantor pursuant to the Master Security Agreement. Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of Laurus Lender with respect to the security interest in the Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Master Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein.

MASTER SECURITY AGREEMENT. The security interests granted pursuant to this Agreement are granted in conjunction with the security interests granted to Laurus Agent by Grantor Grantors pursuant to the Master Security Agreement. Each Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of Laurus Agent with respect to the security interest in the Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Master Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which relating to the such right and remedies are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein.
