The Master Servicer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Mortgage Loans are serviced in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to enforce the provisions of each Servicing Agreement for the benefit of the Certificateholders.
