The Master Servicer within one Business Day after receiving such instructions shall apply such funds in accordance with the Special Servicer's instructions. Each Mortgage Loan that becomes a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan shall continue as such until such Mortgage Loan becomes a Rehabilitated Mortgage Loan.
