Master Servicer’s Financial Statements and Related Information. For each year this Agreement is in effect, the Master Servicer shall submit to the Trustee each Rating Agency and the Depositor a copy of the Master Servicer’s annual unaudited financial statements on or prior to May 31 of each year, which may be in the form of the consolidated financial statements of the Master Servicer’s corporate parent. Such financial statements shall include a balance sheet, income statement and statement of retained earnings.
