Common use of Master Servicing Compensation Clause in Contracts

Master Servicing Compensation. (a) As compensation for its activities hereunder, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to receive the Servicing Fee from full payments of accrued interest on each Mortgage Loan. The Master Servicer shall be solely responsible for paying any and all fees with respect to a Subservicer and the Trust Estate shall not bear any fees, expenses or other costs directly associated with any Subservicer. (b) The Master Servicer or the related Subservicer may retain additional servicing compensation in the form of prepayment charges, if any, a portion of the assumption fees up to 2% of the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loan, tax service fees, fees for statement of account or payoff, late payment charges, or otherwise, to the extent such fees are collected from the related Mortgagors or, with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan, to the extent such fees have accrued. The Master Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses it incurs in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement and shall not be entitled in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement to reimbursement except as provided in this Servicing Agreement. Expenses to be paid by the Master Servicer under this Subsection 3.15(b) shall include payment of the expenses of the accountants retained pursuant to Section 3.17.

Expenses to be paid by the Master Servicer under this Subsection 3.15(b) shall include payment of the expenses of the accountants retained pursuant to Section 3.17.

The RMBS Master Servicer shall be solely responsible for paying any and all fees with respect to a Subservicer and the Trust Estate shall not bear any fees, expenses or other costs directly associated with any Subservicer. (b) The Master Servicer or the related Subservicer may retain additional servicing compensation in the form of prepayment charges, if any, a portion of the assumption fees up to 2% of the Stated Principal Balance of the related HELOC Mortgage Loan, tax service fees, fees for statement of account or payoff, late payment charges, or otherwise, to the extent such fees are collected from the related Mortgagors or, with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan, to the extent such fees have accrued. The HELOC Master Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses it incurs in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement and shall not be entitled in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement to reimbursement except as provided in this Servicing Agreement. Expenses to be paid by the HELOC Master Servicer under this Subsection 3.15(b) shall include payment of the expenses of the accountants retained pursuant to Section 3.17.

The Master Servicer shall not be entitled to servicing compensation other than its Servicing Fee. The Master Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses it incurs in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement and shall not be entitled in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement to reimbursement except as provided in this Servicing Agreement. Expenses to be paid by the Master Servicer under this Subsection 3.15(b) shall include payment of the expenses of the accountants retained pursuant to Section 3.17.

The Master Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses it incurs in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement and shall not be entitled in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement to reimbursement except as provided in this Servicing Agreement. Expenses to be paid by the Master Servicer under this Subsection 3.15(b) shall include payment of the expenses of the accountants retained pursuant to Section 3.17.

(a) As compensation for its activities hereunder, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to receive the Master Servicing Fee (plus the Subservicing Fee paid to the Master Servicer as the direct servicer of a Mortgage Loan for which there is no Subservicer) from full payments of accrued interest on each Mortgage Loan. In addition, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all prepayment penalties on the Mortgage Loans. The Master Servicer shall be solely responsible for paying any and all fees with respect to a Subservicer and the Trust Estate shall not bear any fees, expenses or other costs directly associated with any Subservicer. (b) The Master Servicer or the related Subservicer may retain additional servicing compensation in the form of prepayment charges, if any, a portion of the assumption fees up to 2% of the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loan, tax service fees, fees for statement of account or payoff, late payment charges, or otherwise, to the extent such fees are collected from the related Mortgagors or, with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan, to the extent such fees have accruedaccrued and interest earned on the Collection Account. The Master Servicer shall not be entitled to servicing compensation other than its Master Servicing Fee and prepayment charges. The Master Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses it incurs in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement and shall not be entitled in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement to reimbursement except as provided in this Servicing Agreement. Expenses to be paid by the Master Servicer under this Subsection 3.15(b3.13(b) shall include payment of the expenses of the accountants retained pursuant to Section 3.173.15.

Master Servicing Compensation. In addition, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all prepayment penalties on the Home Loans. The Master Servicer shall be solely responsible for paying any and all fees with respect to a Subservicer and the Trust Estate shall not bear any fees, expenses or other costs directly associated with any Subservicer. (b) The Master Servicer (or the related Subservicer any Subservicer) may retain additional servicing compensation in the form of prepayment charges, if any, a portion of the assumption fees up to 2% of the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Home Loan, tax service fees, fees for statement of account or payoff, late payment charges, or otherwise, to the extent such fees are collected from the related Mortgagors or, with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Home Loan, to the extent such fees have accruedaccrued and interest earned on the Collection Account. The Master Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses it incurs in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement and shall not be entitled in connection with servicing activities under this Servicing Agreement to reimbursement except as provided in this Servicing Agreement. Expenses to be paid by the Master Servicer under this Subsection 3.15(b3.13(b) shall include payment of the expenses of the accountants retained pursuant to Section 3.173.15.
