Common use of Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer Clause in Contracts

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001-16H Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Bank under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSAPWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSAPWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2006-16H 12N Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the applicable SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the applicable SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the each SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the either SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the either SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 1A Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SAIL 2004-16H 1 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate terminate, and at the direction of the NIMS Insurer shall terminate, the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H HF1 Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank under the SWSA Servicing Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Servicing Agreement and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA Servicing Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate terminate, and at the direction of the NIMS Insurer shall terminate, the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X VI of the SWSAServicing Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank under the SWSA and Servicing Agreement; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-16H NC1 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Pooling and Servicing Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Servicing Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Servicing Agreement and the term "Purchaser" “Owner” as used in the SWSA Servicing Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser Owner shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSAServicing Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Servicing Agreement; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012004-16H 11XS Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA PWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA PWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSAPWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 11A Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001Xxxxxx XS 2007-16H 9 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA PWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA PWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSAPWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012005-16H 14 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller (as assignee of the Bank) under the SWSA MSWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA thereunder and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA MSWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for on behalf of the Trustee and the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto, and the term “Company” shall mean the Servicer. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure occurrence of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in under Article X of the SWSAMSWSA (as modified by this Agreement). Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and MSWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2006-16H 4N Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001GPMF 2006-16H AR8 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2007-16H 15N Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA each Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA such Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA each Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and either Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-16H WF2 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2006-16H GP3 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012005-16H GEL2 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the 7/1/2004 SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the 7/1/2004 SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the 7/1/2004 SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the 7/1/2004 SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and 7/1/2004 SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012005-16H 10 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA, and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2006-16H 4N Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012005-16H GEL1 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the 7/1/2004 SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the 7/1/2004 SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the 7/1/2004 SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the 7/1/2004 SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and 7/1/2004 SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 11A Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Bank under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001Xxxxxx XS Trust Series 2007-16H 9 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer Servicer, with prior consent of the NIMS Insurers, shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 26 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Xxxxxx Brothers Bank, FSB under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Bank Xxxxxx Brothers Bank, FSB under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-16H WF1 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 6 Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Bank under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012005-16H 6 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA, and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001-16H 18A Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Bank under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2006-16H GP1 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SAIL 2003-16H BC11 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate terminate, and at the direction of the NIMS Insurer shall terminate, the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012004-16H S3 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate terminate, and at the direction of the NIMS Insurer shall terminate, the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA, and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SAIL 2003-16H BC8 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate terminate, and at the direction of the NIMS Insurer shall terminate, the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001GPMF 2007-16H AR1 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2007-16H 3 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2007-16H 4N Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001-16H Trust Fund trust fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Xxxxxx Capital under the SWSA Flow Servicing Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Servicing Agreement and the term "PurchaserOwner" as used in the SWSA Flow Servicing Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser Owner shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise indicated specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer Servicer, with the prior consent of Xxxxxxx Mac, shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an a Servicer Event of Default Default, as provided in Article X IX of the SWSAFlow Servicing Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Xxxxxx Capital under the SWSA Flow Servicing Agreement; and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-16H HE2 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Pooling and Servicing Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Servicing Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Servicing Agreement and the term "Purchaser" “Owner” as used in the SWSA Servicing Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser Owner shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSAServicing Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Servicing Agreement; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2006-16H 16N Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001GPMF 2006-16H AR5 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001-16H Trust Fund trust fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of obligatixxx xx the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer Servicer, with the prior written consent of Freddie Mac, shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations obligxxxxxx of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Bank Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB under the SWSA SWSA; and in connection with the performance xxx xerformance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SAIL 2003-16H BC1 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate terminate, and at the direction of the NIMS Insurer shall terminate, the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2007-16H 1 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SARM 2004-16H 16 Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA Flow Agreement and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 11A Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank as purchaser under the SWSA Servicing Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Servicing Agreement and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA Servicing Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSAServicing Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank under the SWSA Servicing Agreement; and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SAIL 2003-16H BC5 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate terminate, and at the direction of the NIMS Insurer shall terminate, the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LMT 2007-16H 1 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2006-16H GP4 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LMT 2007-16H 6 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 8A Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001GPMF 2007-16H AR3 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA such Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2007-16H 12N Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001GPMF 2006-16H AR6 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 18A Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-16H BC1 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-16H WF3 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LMT 2007-16H 5 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001-16H Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller (as assignee of the Bank) under the SWSA Bank Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Bank Flow Agreement and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA Bank Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer or the Trustee acting in its capacity as agent for on behalf of the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSABank Flow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Bank Flow Agreement; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001-16H Trust Fund trust fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Xxxxxx Capital under the 5/1/00 SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the 5/1/00 SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the 5/1/00 SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer Servicer, with the prior consent of Xxxxxxx Mac, shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the 5/1/00 SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Xxxxxx Capital under the SWSA 5/1/00 SWSA; and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001GPMF 2006-16H AR7 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 2 Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Bank under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LMT 2006-16H 7 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006-16H HE1 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Pooling and Servicing Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Servicing Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Servicing Agreement and the term "Purchaser" “Owner” as used in the SWSA Servicing Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser Owner shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSAServicing Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Servicing Agreement; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2007-16H 6 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SARM 2007-16H 5 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA PWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA PWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSAPWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which . The Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee Indenture Trustee, the Issuer and the SASCO 2001-16H Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust AgreementInsurer, shall have the same rights as the Xxxxxx Bank under the SWSA PSSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA PSSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA PSSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund Issuer or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundIssuer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer acting at the direction of the Insurer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSAPSSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Xxxxxx Bank under the SWSA PSSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Transfer and Servicing Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SARM 2006-16H 8 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SAIL 2004-16H 3 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate terminate, and at the direction of the NIMS Insurer shall terminate, the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2006-16H 13 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SARM 2007-16H 5 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA PWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA PWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSAPWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement. 6.

The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012004-16H 22 Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA Flow Agreement and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001GPMF 2007-16H AR2 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA each Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA such Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA each Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and either Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2006-16H 14N Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LMT 2007-16H 5 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 7 Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Bank under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001GPMF 2006-16H AR4 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001-16H Trust Fund trust fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Xxxxxx Capital under the 8/1/98 SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the 8/1/98 SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the 8/1/98 SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser Owner shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer Servicer, with the prior consent of Xxxxxxx Mac, shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the 8/1/98 SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Xxxxxx Capital under the SWSA 8/1/98 SWSA; and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which . Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Xxxxxx Bank under the SWSA PSSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Transfer and Servicing Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 15 Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Xxxxxx Capital under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Bank Xxxxxx Capital under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012005-16H GEL4 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the 7/1/2004 SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the 7/1/2004 SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the 7/1/2004 SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the 7/1/2004 SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and 7/1/2004 SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001-16H Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller (as assignee of the Bank) under the SWSA Bank Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Bank Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Bank Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer or the Trustee acting in its capacity as agent for on behalf of the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSABank Flow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Bank Flow Agreement; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 20012002-16H 10H Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Lehman Capital, as owner, under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the ox xxx Servicer under the SWSA and the term "Purchaser" as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Lehman Capital under the SWSA SWSA; and in connection with the performance of the xx xxe Master Servicer's duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LMT 2006-16H 6 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LMT 2006-16H 2 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA PWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA PWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X of the SWSAPWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of obligations of the Xxxxxx Brothers Bank under the SWSA PWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LXS 2006-16H 11 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SAIL 2003-16H BC9 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate terminate, and at the direction of the NIMS Insurer shall terminate, the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001ARC 2002-16H BC4 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate terminate, and at the direction of the NIMS Insurer shall terminate, the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank or Xxxxxx Capital under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001SARM 2006-16H 12 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Flow Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Agreement and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA Flow Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X XI of the SWSAFlow Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Flow Agreement and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001-16H trust fund created pursuant to the Trust Fund Agreement (the "Trust Fund") created pursuant to the Trust Agreement), shall have the same rights as the Bank Lehman Capital under the SWSA Flow Servicing Agreement to enforce the obligations obxxxxxxons of the Servicer under the SWSA Flow Servicing Agreement and the term "PurchaserOwner" as used in the SWSA Flow Servicing Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser Owner shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an a Servicer Event of Default Default, as provided in Article X IX of the SWSAFlow Servicing Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank under the SWSA Lehman Capital hereunder; and in connection with the performance of the Master xxx Xaster Servicer's duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006-16H HE2 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Pooling and Servicing Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA Servicing Agreement to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA Servicing Agreement and the term "Purchaser" “Owner” as used in the SWSA Servicing Agreement in connection with any rights of the Purchaser Owner shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSAServicing Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and Servicing Agreement; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-16H Trust Fund WF2 (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust FundServicer, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer Servicer, with prior consent of the NIMS Insurers, shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X (Default) of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer be required to assume any of obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and SWSA; and, in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder hereunder, the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.

Master Servicing; Termination of Servicer. The Servicer, including any successor servicer hereunder, shall be subject to the supervision of the Master Servicer, which Master Servicer shall be obligated to ensure that the Servicer services the Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer, acting on behalf of the Trustee and the SASCO 2001LMT 2006-16H 9 Trust Fund (the "“Trust Fund"”) created pursuant to the Trust Agreement, shall have the same rights as the Bank Seller under the SWSA to enforce the obligations of the Servicer under the SWSA and the term "“Purchaser" ” as used in the SWSA in connection with any rights of the Purchaser shall refer to the Trust Fund or, as the content context requires, the Master Servicer acting in its capacity as agent for the Trust Fund, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A hereto. The Master Servicer shall be entitled to terminate the rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement upon the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, which failure results in an Event of Default as provided in Article X Section 10.01 of the SWSA. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Master Servicer assume any of the obligations of the Bank Seller under the SWSA and in connection with the performance of the Master Servicer's ’s duties hereunder the parties and other signatories hereto agree that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to all of the rights, protections and limitations of liability afforded to the Master Servicer under the Trust Agreement.
