Common use of Master Swap Agreement Clause in Contracts

Master Swap Agreement. (i) an Event of Default or Potential Event of Default (in each case as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) has occurred and is continuing under the Master Swap Agreement or (ii) an Early Termination Date (as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) has occurred or been effectively designated under the Master Swap Agreement or (iii) a person entitled to do so gives notice of an Early Termination Date (as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) under section 6(b)(iv) of the Master Swap Agreement or (iv) the Master Swap Agreement is terminated, cancelled, suspended, rescinded or revoked or otherwise ceases to remain in full force and effect for any reason; or

Master Swap Agreement. (i) an Event of Default or Potential Event of Default (in each case as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) has occurred and is continuing under the Master Swap Agreement or (ii) an Early Termination Date (as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) has occurred or been or become capable of being effectively designated under the Master Swap Agreement or (iii) a person entitled to do so gives notice of an Early Termination Date (as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) under section 6(b)(iv) of the Master Swap Agreement or (iv) the Master Swap Agreement is terminated, cancelled, suspended, rescinded or revoked or otherwise ceases to remain in full force and effect for any reason; or

Master Swap Agreement. (ia) an Event of Default or Potential Event of Default (in each case as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) has occurred and is continuing continued under the Master Swap Agreement or (iib) an Early Termination Date (as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) has occurred or been or become capable of being effectively designated under the Master Swap Agreement or (iiic) a person entitled to do so gives notice of an Early Termination Date (as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) under section Section 6(b)(iv) of the Master Swap Agreement or (ivd) the Master Swap Agreement is terminated, cancelled, suspended, rescinded or revoked or otherwise ceases to remain in full force and effect for any reason; or

Master Swap Agreement. (ia) an Event of Default or Potential Event of Default (in each case as each such term is defined in the Master Swap Agreement) has occurred and is continuing under with the Master Swap Agreement Borrowers or (ii) an Early Termination Date any of them as the Defaulting Party (as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) has occurred or been effectively designated under the Master Swap Agreement or (iii) a person entitled to do so gives notice of an Early Termination Date (as such term is defined in the Master Swap Agreement) under section 6(b)(iv) of the Master Swap Agreement or (ivb) an Early Termination Date has occurred or been or become capable of being effectively designated under the Master Swap Agreement by the Swap Provider or (c) the Master Swap Agreement is terminated, cancelled, suspended, rescinded or revoked or otherwise ceases to remain in full force and effect for any reason; or

Master Swap Agreement. (ia) an Event of Default or Potential Event of Default (in each case as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) has occurred and is continuing under the Master Swap Agreement or (iib) an Early Termination Date (as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) has occurred or been or become capable of being effectively designated under the Master Swap Agreement or (iiic) a person entitled to do so gives give notice of an Early Termination Date (as defined in the Master Swap Agreement) Event under section Section 6(b)(iv) of the Master Swap Agreement or (ivd) the Master Swap Agreement is cancelled, terminated, cancelled, suspended, rescinded or revoked or otherwise ceases to remain in full force and effect for any reason; or
